Das Lehrangebot des kommenden Semesters wird in der Regel erst 6 - 8 Wochen vor Semesterbeginn veröffentlicht.

Im Lehrangebot des Instituts für Klassische Archäologie finden Sie alle Veranstaltungen, die Sie wählen können. Als Erasmus-Incoming können Sie prinzipiell an den Vorlesungen und Seminaren teilnehmen, die Sie am meisten interessieren. Informieren Sie sich allerdings am besten vorher, ob diese Lehrveranstaltungen an Ihrer Heimatuniversität angerechnet werden können. Sie können in den ersten beiden Wochen verschiedene Veranstaltungen ausprobieren und in der dritten Woche nach Semesterbeginn Ihre endgültige Auswahl festlegen.

Lehrveranstaltungen finden in deutscher Sprache statt, daher ist mindestens das Sprachniveau B1 nach CEFR erforderlich, um Seminaren und Vorlesungen folgen zu können.

The course catalogue of the coming semester will be available 6 - 8 weeks before the start of classes.

As an Erasmus student you are free to choose any lectures or classes form our courses which interest you. Please keep in mind, that it might be useful to check with your home university which classes they will accept as part of your study stay. At the beginning of the semester, your will have the opportunity to try out different courses. By the third week you must make a final decision.

Please also keep in mind, that classes at our institute are taught in German, therefore, at least a CEFR B1 level in German is required to be able to follow it.

Folgende ECTS-Punkte können Sie in den einzelnen Lehrveranstaltungen erwerben, bitte orientieren Sie sich beim Ausfüllen Ihres Learning Agreements daran:

Abschlussphase: Bachelor 5. - 6. Semester oder Master 3. - 4. Semester) sowie gegebenenfalls dem individuellen Sprachniveau.

Es gilt jeweils das Prüfungsformat des Moduls gemäß der Prüfungsordnung. Ausnahmen bedürfen der vorherigen Absprache mit der Erasmus-Beauftragten oder dem Erasmus-Beauftragten.

Wichtig: Informieren Sie sich bitte in jeder Veranstaltung bei der Dozentin oder dem Dozenten über die genauen Anforderungen.

The exam format of the module is applicable and valid only in accordance with the respective examination rules and regulations. Exceptions require prior agreement on the part of the Erasmus coordinator.

Am Ende Ihres Aufenthaltes stellen wir Ihnen ein Transcript of Records für Ihre Heimatuniversität aus. Kommen Sie dafür mit allen Unterlagen in unsere Sprechstunde.

Folgende Unterlagen werden benötigt, damit wir Ihnen das ToR ausstellen können:

• Bitte füllen Sie das Transcript of Records mit Ihren Angaben und drucken es aus.

• Bringen Sie einen Ausdruck Ihrer "Noten & Punkte" - Liste aus dem Campus Management mit.

• Bringen Sie ggf. alle weiteren Scheine für andere Kurse mit, die nicht in Campus Management registriert sind. Die Teilnahme- und Leistungsscheine stellt Ihnen normalerweise jede/r Dozent/in am Semesterende aus. Für den Fall, dass ein/e Dozierende/r keinen Schein zur Verfügung hat, kann das Scheinformular hier heruntergeladen werden.

Das ToR kann erst ausgestellt werden, wenn Sie alleLeistungsnachweise und Teilnahmescheine gesammelt haben. Sollte dies bei Ihrer Abreise noch nicht der Fall sein, dann senden Sie uns bitte die benötigten Unterlagen per Post oder als Scan per Email, sobald Ihnen alle Informationen und Dokumente vorliegen. Es gibt keine Frist für die Ausstellung des ToR.

Transcript of Records (ToR)

At the end of your stay, we will issue you with a transcript of records for your home university. To enable us to do this, please visit us during our office hours with the following necessary documents:

• Please complete the Transcript of Record form (in German or English) and print it.

• Go to Campus Management and print out a list of your "Noten und Punkte" (grades and points).

• If necessary, bring any additional ‘Scheine’ (grade certificates) for other courses that are not registered in Campus Management. The lecturer will normally issue you with either a ‘Teilnahmeschein’ or ‘Leistungschein’ (participatory or active attendance grade certificate) at the end of the semester. In case your lecturer does not have a copy of the necessary grade certificate form, it is possible to download one.

The ToR may only be issued once you have collected all your grade certificates. Should this not be the case before your departure, then please send us the required documents by post, or scan them and send them via email, once you have received them.
