Room Management at the Department of History and Cultural Studies
Reservations must be made through Evento.
Requests for rooms that are sent via e-mail will not be answered.
In case you do not have access to Evento, please contact your institute (secretary's office) in order to ask the person in charge to facilitate the reservation.
Please make use of the entire teaching period from Mon - Fri, 8am-8pm (and 10 pm, respectively); rooms may also be reserved on Saturdays from 8am to 8 pm. In some exceptions, rooms may be reserved on Sundays.
Preferential Room Reservation
In general, you may request the reservation of any room at the department through Evento, though therre are preferences for the following teaching offers:
- Language courses should be scheduled, if possible, Mon - Fri between 8 am and noon
- Seminars, lectures, etc. by the FMI and the KHI should, if possible, be held at the Koserstr.
In case you are not able to find an available room (at the Department of HIstory and Cultural Studies) for your event, you may request a reservation of any other (available) room of the FU through Evento, as soon as the semester break has begun.
