Due to current affairs we would like to inform you that we are currently not personally available. Consultation hours are cancelled until further notice. 

Please address your request to us exclusively by e-mail. We will try to process your request as soon as possible. Please understand, however, that due to the current situation, it may take up to eight weeks to respond.
If you wish a personal consultation, please send us an e-mail with your telephone number and we will try to call you back as soon as possible.

Office hours

To receive a waiting-list number, please visit the waiting area in room no. 1.014. You will be given a waiting-list number after logging into the PhD Office's portal using one of the terminals located in the waiting area.

Tuesday:   10.00 am - 11.30 am

Thursday: 1.00 pm - 2.30 pm

Important information on waiting number distribution: first login 5 minutes before the start of the office hours.

Please do not call during office hours.

Privileged registration: Students with specific challenges (aid for children or relatives in need, physical or psychological interferences or chronic diseases) can register to the office hours with special privileges (by checking the appropriate box on the registration form; please provide proof of condition).

For the levy of documents please use the PhD Office's mailbox to the left of the waiting area, room no. 1.0104.
