The event was part of The Governance Post event series, a student-led public event initiative at the Hertie School, and was chaired by Hertie School doctoral candidate Wiebke Rabe
Discussants were Adam Knight, a researcher and journalist focusing on the intersection between public and private actors in the regulation of China's online sphere, and Genia Kostka, Fellow at the Hertie School of Governance and Professor of China Studies at the Freie Universität Berlin.
