The History Department of Freie Universität Berlin is home to a broad variety of research projects and scholarly initiatives in the field of global history (among them, the MA program Global History, and the Graduate School "Global Intellectual History", both jointly run by Freie Universität Berlin and Humboldt-Universität).

Field of activity:
Assistance with the tasks in the frame of the Einstein Strategic Professorship Global History of Professor Michael Goebel
Assistance in preparation and planning of teaching Support with research (literature, sources, bibliography) Research (literature and sources)
Minimum of 2 completed semesters of History
Familiarity with subjects and approaches of Global History
First experiences in project management or in science administration Fluent English skills (oral and written, level C1)
German skills (A2)
Knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset
