Most of the institutes of our department are housed in the "Holzlaube" (Fabeckstraße 23725), a newly constructed building with a common library (Campus Library), which together with the "Rost- und Silberlaube" (Habelschwerdter Allee 45) is part of the largest university building complex in Berlin-Dahlem.

The complex houses several humanities and social science departments as well as 14 smaller disciplines of our department. The Department's Historical and Art Historical Institutes are located in a separate building (Koserstraße 20), a 10-minute walk away. Further information and maps can be found here.

Dining

There are several university canteens (Mensa) on campus, including a vegetarian canteen. The largest canteen is located within walking distance of the department building. More information can be found here. Other restaurants and cafés are located nearby in Dahlem.
