Lecture by Dr. Stephanie Schewe (Berlin), Rezitation Heiliger Texte: Koranrezitation – wie aus Worten Klang wird
Die Rezitation des heiligen Textes des Islams, die Koranrezitation, stellt eine Vortragsweise dar, die zwischen gewöhnlichem Lesen und Gesang liegt. Die musikalische Ausgestaltung der Koranrezitation, die eben nicht als Gesang zu deuten ist, variiert je nach Tradition und Anlass. Das wesentliche Kriterium für jede Rezitation bilden die Vortragsregeln, die im taǧwīd zusammengefasst sind; dies sind insbesondere die phonetischen Ausspracheregeln und die Textsegmentierung. Diese setzen nicht nur ein großes Textverständnis voraus, sondern ihre korrekte Anwendung trägt auch zum Verständnis unter den hörenden Rezipienten bei. Anhand besonderer Vortragselemente soll gezeigt werden, wie die sprachlich gebundenen Regeln in melodischen Vortragsweisen erweitert werden.
