In our daily Close Reading Sessions from April 3-6, 2019, we plan to pick up where we have left in October: expert advisor Florinda de Simini, Indologist from L'Orientale (Naples University) who started her own ERC Starting Grant on "Shivadharma – Translocal Identities. The Shivadharma and the Making of Regional Religious Traditions in Premodern South Asia" in December 2018, is back in Berlin to again dive into the Mahābhārata predecessors of the Kalila and Dimna tales.
