In the ISME council (in German "Studiengangsrat"), representatives of the participating discplines meet regularly to coordinate teaching and discuss important matters concerning the program. These meetings are not open to the public.

The meetings of the council take place online (in the academic advisor's personal webex room) on the first Friday of the month 10:15–11:30 a.m. The meetings already scheduled appear below:

12 May 2023 (submit agenda items until 4 May) 

7 July 2023 (submit agenda items until 29 June) 

1 December 2023 (submit agenda items until 27 November)

A meeting with students as a wrap-up for each semester will be scheduled, too.
