The Children Gone to Poland
(Director: Chu Sang Mi, 2018, 79min)

The Korean War was the first hot war in the global Cold War era. More than 70 years
later, this war has still not come to an end, even though the Cold War structure is widely
believed to have ceased to exist following the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. The state of
truce on the Korean peninsula has shaped the specific political, economic, and social
systems in the two Korean states.
