The Worldwide Consortium of Korean Studies Centers (WWC) conducted its Thirteenth International Workshop on Korean Studies June 9–10, 2017, at UCLA.
Assistant professor Hannes B. Mosler represented the faculty of the IKS at the workshop, and our PhD student Martin Gehlmann gave a presentation on

"The transmission of the White Deer Grotto Regulations in China and Korea".

The Worldwide Consortium of Korean Studies Centers workshops are designed to provide a forum for graduate students in Korean studies to share their research in a supportive and encouraging environment and to promote scholarly interest in Korea around the globe.
The members of the Worldwide Consortium of Korean Studies Centers are the Australian National University, the University of British Columbia, Freie Universität Berlin, Fudan University, Harvard University, University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa Korea University, Kyushu University Seoul National University, Yonsei University, Peking University, UCLA, and the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
