The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation welcomed 700 foreign research award winners and research fellows who are currently at German universities with sponsorship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation at its annual meeting in the Henry Ford Building at Freie Universität on June 28.

Prof. Dr. Günter M. Ziegler, President of the Freie Universität Berlin, gave an opening welcome.

On June 29, the ZODIAC project contributed to AvH’s Lab Tour with a presentation of the project “Ancient astral science in transformation - the zodiac in text and image” at the Institute for the History of Knowledge in Ancient Times, Arnimallee 10.
