The second Intellectual Encounters of the Islamicate World Alumni Conference will take place in Berlin from Wednesday, November 6^th to Friday, November 8^th, 2019.

The conference will be hosted by Freie Universität Berlin and is made possible through the generous support of the Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (through DAAD) and the Reinhard Frank Stifrtung. It will feature panel discussions and lectures on diverse topics by former and current professors as well as workshops by students. From presenting a current research project to discussing the experiences of being part of the program and the future of trans-disciplinary online-teaching: a wide range of topics are being covered.
