Guest lecture by Tanya van Wyk (University of Pretoria, South Africa) as part of "Religion, Gender and Sexuality"

Tanya van Wyk (University of Pretoria, South Africa) will give a guest lecture on June 10th, 2020 at 7pm as part of the International Week at the Freie Universität Berlin on the topic "The Christian Church's Involvement in Creating Sexual Ethics." This lecture takes place as part of Prof. Renger's "Religion, Gender and Sexuality" series at the Institute of Religious Studies. Tanya van Wyk is a partner of the research program on Gender in the establishment of a Berlin Research Hub on Religion and In/Equality within the framework of the "International Network on Religious Communities and Sustainable Development." The Research Hub is planning research between six continents and includes members of the Humboldt University of Berlin, the Technical University of Berlin and the Freie Universität Berlin.
