Registration

Those who wish to attend the conference or present a paper should register online at our registration portal. Abstract submission options are available after logging in.

The registeration fee is payable to Freie Universität Berlin (Receiver). It is essential that you include the following in the reference field of your payment: 0413117102 YOUR NAME. Please replace YOUR NAME with your actual name or the invoice number. If you need an invoice, please contact us at info@ecis9.de.

The conference fees are as follows:

Gala Dinner

Conference participants are warmly invited to join us for a gala dinner, which will take place at 19:30 on 12 September 2019. See the below table for the fees. If you pay for the registration and the gala dinner at the same time, please make sure to indicate this in the reference of your payment. Participants who join us from Iran pay a unified fee of 30 € for the gala dinner.

Submitting an individual paper

If you intend to present a paper, please fill the pre-registration form available here. Please send it along with an abstract of no more than 1500 characters (half a page) by January 30, 2019 to the organizing committee at the following e-mail address: info@ecis9.de

Organising a panel

We welcome proposals for pre-arranged panels with 6 participants divided into two sections. If you wish to organise a thematic panel for ECIS9, please e-mail us your proposal by 1st January 2019 with the following information:

  • A panel proposal and title: The proposal should clearly outline the themes and objectives of the pre-arranged panels. The proposal should also lay out how the proposed participants will discuss and approach the themes of the panel. It is essential that the individual presentations of a panel are on topic.
  • The names of six participants who have accepted to be part of the panel.
  • Abstracts of the individual papers.

All proposed panels and their individual papers are subject to the usual review process by the scientific committee, which reserves the right to suggest related participants to the panel organiser in addition to the proposed speakers.
