By plane

Berlin Schönefeld Airport is located on the southern outskirts of Berlin. The Schönefeld train station has direct links to regional trains, the S-Bahn and buses and is only a ten-minute walk from the terminal building. From the train station at Schönefeld Airport the S-Bahn lines S9 and S45 run to the city center. From Schönefeld Airport the following buses run to Berlin's city center: From Terminal A: 163, 171, X7, N7, N60. You will need a transportation ticket for zones ABC (see About Berlin for more). Taxi Fares from Schönefeld Airport: City West (train station Zoo): about 44 Euros; City East (Alexanderplatz): about 41 Euros; Schönefeld Airport to Tegel Airport: about 55 Euros. Tegel Airport is located in Berlin's northern district Reinickendorf and is closer to the city than the airport in Schönefeld. Tegel Airport has no direct link to the S- or U-Bahn. The fastest way to get to the city is either by TXL Express Bus or by the Express Bus X9. Both stop right outside the terminal. You will need a transportation ticket for zones AB (see About Berlin for more).You can also take a taxi, with the following fares: City-West (train station Zoo): about 20 Euros; City-East (Alexanderplatz): about 26 Euro. Also several car rental companies have branch offices where visitors to Berlin can rent a car. The branches are located inside the car rental center at the parking area P2. By train

Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is located close to the government district in the heart of Berlin. The Central Station is also a regional train station and has a direct link to Berlin's S-Bahn network. By bus

The Central Bus Station Berlin, ZOB, is located in Berlin's western district Charlottenburg, opposite the International Congress Centre ICC and the exhibition grounds under the Funkturm.
