BabMed principal investigator Markham J. Geller will give a seminar talk at the New Bulgarian University on Wednesday 11th of October 2017 on the invitation of Professor Sergei Ignatov of the Bulgarian Institute of Egyptology.

The topic of the seminar is "Secular Science in the Ancient Near East" and during the session with Markham J. Geller, there will be a discussion on whether "nature" or the physical world was seen as being influenced by gods or by non-divine factors in Egypt and Mesopotamia.
